sorting error

i have a column that includes a subtotal, when i click on the filter of the row with the subtotal and select filter then up top sort highest to lowest (it is a range of %s in that column) it doesn't sort in that order of highest to lowest. it is just kind of random

any ideas

actually i think the issue is i have a IFERROR statement in there, =IFERROR(AL2/Y2,"") so it is taking the "" as text...does anyone know a work around
