Macro for copy and paste loop?

I need to get a macro copy and paste the data which loops threw all numbered items.


In column A I have numbers from 1 threw 1303. Between each number I have 296 rows, the data goes across from columns B:CX


Is their a way so first a loop copies and pastes the data for each number in column A and will copy based on the row difference from 1 to 2 then 2 to 3 and so on and paste the results in a named range "Output"?
