Hopefully this is quite easy for someone. I have a form where the user enters weight loss, how can I make sure the value they enter is greater than 0 and less than 15 using VBA?

Thanks

Are you referring to a textbox on a userform, or a cell on a worksheet "form"

How about
Code:
Private Sub TextBox1_Exit(ByVal Cancel As MSForms.ReturnBoolean)
   Dim v As Double
   v = val(Me.TextBox1.Value)
   If v <= 0 Or v >= 15 Then
      MsgBox "Please enter a number between 0 & 15"
      Cancel = True
   End If
End Sub
