Hi, I would like to show months 1 2 3 4 5....12 from column K to V in a pivot table, but the pivot is not sorting them from from 1 to 12 but keeps showing as 2 3 4 5 6 7 1 8 9 10 11 12. I can't get the 1 to go before 2 so in correct order. I've tried to drag the column to front of 2 but it does allow me. I don't what i can do to fix it. please advise. I can't understand what's causing it.

Thank you in advance.

Is yr source data real dates?

highlight your month numbers in the pivot and sort options/manual sort.

you should be able to change the order in the pivot.

RasGhul, Thanks for prompt reply. I'm using numeric values for months not real dates as it's easier to work with numeric values, so Jan is 1 and Feb 2 etc.
