microsoft excel is recovering information

i cant open my userform becauses of the "microsoft excel is recovering information" .. it will onlly show when i clicked my assigned macro .. can help me guys ? im not an expert of this

my code is okay man .. but my problem is , before i close my excel my macro will work but when i close my excel and open again my macro won't work can you help me man ?

Without seeing the code, probably not

When you say "close Excel" are you just closing the workbook, or closing the entire Excel app?
