Drop down list search options

Is there is any method to easily select data from excel drop down list? as an example if drop down box contain 100 selected options and i want to go quickly options started from letter "U" .now i have to scroll down each and every select time. my requirement is very similar to option available in online web page i have attached it for further clarification.when i type "A" in the drop down(medical rep name) i will automatically filter words starting from "A" i want to do same thing in excel drop down? please help me to do this???

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.

For that functionality, you would need to use a Combo Box. Details of how to set it up are given here.
