Hello all

I am trying to learn Access and I would like to have a query that shows the month and year

Below formula allows me to have the month but how can i include the year please

IE: January - 2018

[MonthName(Month([Pay Invoice Date]))]

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Assuming that Pay Invoice Date is a valid date field, simply use the FORMAT function (also exists in Excel VBA, similar to Excel TEXT function):
Code:
IE: Format([Pay Invoice Date],"mmmm - yyyy")
