how to stop my power query master file from constantly opening up a separate file that's connected the master file whenever I am in it.

Hi guys,

I have a excel file that has a few power query connections to other files/folders (so a master excel file that combines data from different sources) and sometimes when I open it a file from one of the connected folders constantly opens while I am working on the master excel file. How can I stop the file from constantly randomly opening when I am in the master excel file???
