Hi All,

I have continued to draw a blank and was wondering if anyone could help. It goes like this.

One wookbook, two worksheets.

Sheet1 ("Daily With PPI Totals") contains all the data of which I only need the data from one column (column A) if column D of the same sheet is between two values set in Sheet2 "B1" - the lowest and Sheet2 "E1" the highest (note these values won't be an exact match i.e. the start value may be "AM00" with and end Value of AQ99 , however the values being looked up may not be the same as these values (I just need everything inbetween or equal to, as these are the absolute lowest and highest points)). Once established I then need the data copied to column A of sheet 2.

Can this be done, and if so please list it like I'm an absolute numpty (idiot).

Cheers

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
