I have a spreadsheet which I am using vlookups. when I enter an item it will auto populate the product code into another cell. The content is also from a validated list, though has over 2000 products. is there a way of typing the start of a name to locate products that start with those letters?

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.

Many thanks, the YouTube video has given me the answer to my question. I have replicated the examples, (learning more and more as I went on) before converting the process to my own sheet, which had over 8000 products to sort from. The whole thing was a learning curve and a challenge to complete, however I am pleased to say after a few hours tinkering it works to perfection.
