Calculating percentage in Pivot Table

Hi,
I have a problem with my pivot table. I need a new column next to 2018 column that calculates the percentage growth of 2018 over 2017.

I'm new to the pivot tables please help me with this as it's driving me crazy.

The only way I can get it to work is to change the form from compact to outline
The simply write the formula in the cell to right ie =c5/b5
in D
