So at work we have a spreadsheet that lets us keep track of certain types training. The trainings are supposed to be renewed every year.
Is there a way for excel to keep track of that one year, then change the cell color to "red" or "orange" once that year is up?
The training dates are different for different users, so individual tracking is a must.
