changing colors of text when data is changed

I want to pre-populate a work sheet with numbers and then if the number is changed it will change the color of the text or the cell to let me know it has changed

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)

It is just specific cells/columns that you want to change color, or the whole sheet?
What color would you would to change it to?
