Complex formula creation

Hi there I am looking to create a formula to pull the total amount of people in a certain department and their salaries. All this info is in my data tab but I do need it summarized on a different tab
 

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Sorry I would like to add the count the total positions of a job level in a department and pull total salaries. I do not need individually
