Conditional formatting

I have a conditional formatting formula in place, and it displays the associated row red if the conditions are met:

[COLOR=#000000][FONT=&quot]=AND($I$2="No", $K$2="Yes")[/FONT][/COLOR]

Is it possible to affix an "or" statement onto this formatting formula? If so, how is it written? Need to keep the same rule as above, but if cell J2 = $0.00, then also format the row red.

Just imbed your formula above in an OR statement with your new condition, i.e.

=OR([COLOR=#0000ff]AND($I$2="No", $K$2="Yes")[/COLOR][COLOR=#000000],$J$2=0)[/COLOR]

Change the CF formula to:

=OR($J$2=0,AND($I$2="No", $K$2="Yes"))

SO that is all I need to make the row red if j2=0, or i2=no AND k2=yes?

Sometimes I swear I think too much on these things
