Conditional weighted average formula in excel

I have price in one column and quantity in other I wants to calculate weighted average of particular price range .can anyone help me

Something like:


=SUMPRODUCT(Price,--(Price>=LowerBound),--(Price<=UpperBound),Quantity)/SUMIFS(Quantity,Price,">="&LowerBound,Price,"<="&UpperBound)
