Hi there,

I have an excel problem. I have set up quite a complex workbook over multiple sheets.

I have a list of names from one sheet, as below:

What I want excel to do is to copy the name to another sheet if that name is referred to once (which I have been able to do), but if the name is referred to MORE than once in the list, to just copy over that name the first time that it is used.

Hope you understand?

Emily
