Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
If you want to replace the value in the same cell it would require a VBA macro.

If you can accept the modified value in another cell, place the formula below in cell B1 (or any other Column) and copy down;
=IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH(".",A1)),LEFT(A1,FIND(".",A1)-1),A1)
