Educational Resources for VBA

Does anyone know a good resource for learning the language used in Visual Basic on Excel?

I know it's a loaded question since it's a variation of computer programming language - but I am looking for a solid introduction so I can know what I am doing with commands in VBA rather than just copying and pasting from forums.
