I have a workbook with data in month worksheets. I want to be able to have an external workbook that will allow me to choose a month (say by a dropdown) and then show the data. The data needs to be filtered to give me the results I need. For instance, I have a column that I want data from that needs to be filtered to show all of a certain interview type, then another column filtered again to show all of those that have missed their interview. I need this information to show without gaps in rows in my new workbook.:confused:

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
If you have the Power Query Add-in for Excel (Excel 2010, 2013 or are using Excel 2016), you have the prefect tool for extracting, transforming, culling, and filtering data. There are some excellent websites with tutorials and instructions. (My favorite is Ken Puls www.ExcelGuru.ca blog) Let us know if that is an option for you.
