Im creating a database in Excel. I am hoping to have a user friendly form layout on sheet 1. Once the form is complete im hoping to submit (button) the info to sheet 2 and in the same instance reset sheet 1.

Sheet 2 is to be a basic looking database that will hold all the info submitted from sheet 1.

Could someone help me with this? i would really appreciate it.

Hope that makes sense

Thanks

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Thanks for that Gary. One seems to be out of date for my version of excel and the other involves access unfortunately. im hoping just to use excel. if you have anymore suggestions id be grateful.

As far as I know, this info applies to all versions of Excel. The interface may look a little different in XL 2007 & above but the concept is the same.

Wherever it mentions using Access as a data source you would use "Excel Files" instead.
