May someone help me with a VBA code for excel to pop up a word every 5 minutes in a range to remind me new vocabulary.
For example
i have a list of words as follows in excel:

</tbody>
I would like to have Excel to pop up randomly a word in this list every five minutes (even when i am working on other software).
