Hi Guys, I'm just starting out on access and have downloaded some templates from microsoft to start. I'm looking at one in particular http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC010185811033.aspx and there is one report which selects birthdays this month. I've looked and looked and can't work out how this report selects only July birthdays, can anyone tell me how they did it?

Cheers

In Design View, if you bring up the Properties Window for the report, click on the Record Source. In that, the Query Builder, you can set where the report is based on, and the Criteria, e.g.
Code:
 Month(Now())
