How to download the file by passing the url from excel file using macro

Example: I have the list of the url in a column.

https://tools.xxx.com/xxx/publh/doc/DocRet?NO=60-8&Rev=&RCN=&Org_Id=1&OrgID=1
https://tools.xxx.com/xxx/publh/doc/DocRet?NO=60-1&Rev=&RCN=&Org_Id=1&OrgID=1
https://tools.xxx.com/xxx/publh/doc/DocRet?NO=60-2&Rev=&RCN=&Org_Id=1&OrgID=1

1. I have the list of links but only number after = symbol will vary.

2. If these links are secured, every time it is asking for password and username. It should ask for the first time of the opening the url but not for every time.

3. These links have more than two links which has pdf to be download
Example: https://tools.xxx.com/xxx/publh/doc/DocRet?NO=60-8&Rev=&RCN=&Org_Id=1&OrgID=1

60-8-01.pdf
60-8-02.ite

I need to download these two files and name as the same name.
