How to make Hyperlink Relative

I'm thinking it should be fairly easy.

So I have about 45 similar tabs, each with columns stretching to the right showing different periods (eg. P1 starts in cell C3, P2 starts J3, P3 starts Q3, etc.).

On the first tab, I created hyperlinks on the left hand side so that someone can click on the 'P3' button and it'll shoot them over to cell Q3 instead of them having to scroll over.

I want to copy those hyperlinks to each of the 45 tabs. However, when I do that, the hyperlink still looks back to the original tab.

How do I change the reference so that when I copy and paste the hyperlinks to Tab 5, it uses Tab 5 as a reference?

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
Are you using copy/paste as you would with text or a formula such as =C1?

As best I can suggest is, copy/paste your hyperlinks and then go back, right click to get the drop menu and select Edit Hyperlink and then enter the next location at "Text to display" and "Type the cell reference". And proceed.
