i dont see " edit comment " as a choice on my sheet

I instal windows and office in my new ssd. I transfer all my data also. After that, i cant write any comment on my excel page. In no cell.

Why ?
 

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
