Is it possible to create a horizontal AND vertical scroll bar to look through data?

Hi all,
I am trying to create a way for users to be able to scroll from left to right to see a certain amount of dates and ALSO be able to scroll vertically to show only certain rows for those columns. I'm using the Index function and it's not working. Would I need Index/Match for this? Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks, Slink
