Hi All,

I am trying to use the Data Model Manager in Excel 2013 to combine data from two tables into one pivot table.

Each table has the following columns or an equivalent:

* Report Month
* Location Name
* Field X
* PreTax
* Tax
* Total

I basically want the pivot table to combine those fields.

When I try to map the fields in the Data Model Manager it tells me:
"Both selected columns contain duplicate values. At least one of the columns selected must contain only unique values to create a relationship between the tables."

Any ideas of where I'm going wrong here? I'm pretty good at excel but this is my first time on 2013 using the DMM.
