Hello, I am trying to figure out a way that I can put in a "job number, part#, description, and a Qty" and have a certain amount of tags be printed... however I would like to do it in a batch such as the excel file provided. We can export this out of our manufacturing software. Is there any way to have the data fill out completely for all of the labels, then just maybe select the print area needed and print to the label printer?

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
