Non Macro solution to Set Print Area to a table

Is there any non-macro way to ensure that the print area of a worksheet expands as more rows are added to a table? I can add a macro to do it but the file is shared by many and is large - people may not all know to enable macros and an on change macro might slow things up a bit.

Any ideas or feedback much appreciated,

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
If you simply clear the print area, everything will print.

The simple answers are the best :) I take it then that there are no more cunningly precise methods of dynamic print areas without macros. I'll move all the gubbins I don't want to print onto another sheet I guess and carry on as before.

Thanks for the answer!
