I need a MS Excel calculator to find Planetary positions on any given day (past, present or future) as I am a Astrology enthusiast. Can somebody help.

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
First, I would say, that the software is made for astronomers, and not in the "world" of astrology.
But to the first question, about exact degrees. These degrees you actually have in the same page, as you look in "Planet Visibility".
The second, about the Zodiac signs, there are not any specifics, other than in "conjunctions", where you can see Julian days, and days from 2000, related to the planets.
