Print Labels From Excell With Out Mail Merge or Automaicly

I am curious to know if there is a way to generate a label sheet from an excel spreadsheet automatically?
with out mail merge.

Part Number	Part Description	Where	Qty	Have
12345-678-9101	Flux Capacitor	7779	10	______
77793-118-6543	DoHickey	4312	50	______

For example, I want to to display the Part Number Part Description
Where it goes, Quantity and a blank for some one to write actual
