Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
What do you mean by condition of column A. What is your condition?

Condition means conditional for example if i want to find Quartile of data in column B with conditional 1 in column A.

Something like this perhaps:

=QUARTILE(IF(A1:A12=1,B1:B12),1)

Confirm with CTRL-SHIFT-ENTER rather than just Enter.
