Query Formula to get sum with criteria

I have a table with dates and 3 sets of quantities that I want to sum up if it is a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. How can I do this?
 

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Sort by date Sort by votes
what about, untested
Code: 
SELECT SUM(Q1), SUM(Q2), SUM(Q3)
FROM table
WHERE DateField MOD 7 IN (0,1,6)
