Question about Drop Down Lists

Hello everyone!

I've used Microsoft Excel and Word very casually for the past few years. Until lately, I would like to make something a little more sophisticated for my spreadsheet. I was hoping someone on this board could help me out.

In my spreadsheet I have a column that will have drop-down boxes. My question is: How do I get a drop-down box within a drop-down box? Here's an example:

Suppose I'm asking what you ate today and you can pick:
- Meat/Vegetable/Fruit/etc.
If I decide to pick "Meat", there will be another set of options such as:
- Beef/Pork/Lamb/etc.

I would REALLY appreciate any advice or tips on how to approach this. Thank you for taking the time to read this!
