I have about 70 individual site wor<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:smarttags" />kbooks that include a list of maintenance problems at that site. A Master workbook links all maintenance problems to a dedicated sheet in 2 rows similar to this - <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />
Site Defect
A Heating
A Sink Leaking
E Caulking
F Heating
F Caulking
M Heating

What I what to learn is how to have the linked data grouped by Defect (first condition, second condition...(may vary)), and then have all Sites affected by that particular condition listed in the cell immediately to the right (Array?) in a dedicated range of cells (say G10:H20) on another sheet in my consolidated report. It would look like this:
Defect Sites Affected
Heating A, F, M
Sink Leaking A
Caulking E, F

I'd like to do this without a pivot chart. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
