Revolving Date Formula

I need to create a formula to pick up the next 3rd day of the month. For instance, today is 5/9/18 so I need the next date to automatically update to 6/3/18. However, I seem to only be able to pick up the current's month date of 5/3/18.

That wouldnt work in December. Try:

=EOMONTH(TODAY(),0)+3

=DATE(YEAR(A1), MONTH(A1) + (DAY(A1) > 2), 3) will advance to the next 3rd day of the month, which may be in the same month if it's the 1st or 2nd.
