Hey Guys,

Really needing help Auto Summing multiple workbooks that get dropped in a specific folder these workbooks are all the same format just contains different amounts in areas. So I would like to have one workbook that will auto calculate all workbooks in this folder to give me a total.

Thanks!! :)

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.

So what cell are you summing from all the workbooks or a group of cells from all workbooks?

Hey, thank you very much as of right now it will be column G and I

SO you want it to sum up all the cells in columns G and I from all workbooks and report them as "sum of G +Sum of I" in one cell or are the results from each column in different cells

I want the sum in separate columns, also keep in mind I will be adding workbooks to this folder so I want it to auto calculate those as well.
