i would like the named range to show only the rows that are displayed in "PTO Used" column, but show all columns associated with the rows. And then dynamically update/change as PTO used is entered.

so if 5 rows of PTO Used are entered display 5 rows and ALL columns. If 10 rows of PTO Used are entered display 10 rows and ALL columns.

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
You can define a named range using and equation like this which will pick 10 columns starting from column A and with the number of rows as defined by the COUNTA on column D
Code:
=OFFSET(Sheet1!$A$1,0,0,COUNTA(Sheet1!$D:$D),10)

Again thank you! the named range updates every time i add rows as expected. However is there a way to update the listbox with the a named range refresh so it updates upon clicking calculate?

This is the last thing to complete this userform. sooooooooo close

As you can see, I entered 12/23/2018 and upon clicking claculate, i want the listbox to update and add my 12/23 entry which it writes to the spreadsheet as desired. Thanks for any input to finalize this.
