VBA: hi, if there are multiple lines in any cell in column B, C or D then split each line by a comma in their respective cells.

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Do you mean there are soft-carriage returns in the cell?

Then borrowing the logic from this link here, which tells you how you can identify those (CTRL-J): https://www.ablebits.com/office-addins-blog/2013/12/03/remove-carriage-returns-excel/,
we can record ourselves doing it manually with Find/Replace to come up with this code:
Code:
    Columns("B:D").Replace What:="" & Chr(10) & "", Replacement:=",", LookAt:=xlPart, _
        SearchOrder:=xlByRows, MatchCase:=False, SearchFormat:=False, _
        ReplaceFormat:=False
