VBA to extract info form board

Hi all;
Please help me to generate VBA for this issue.
I have a excel table in Sheet1 (range H9: CNS2000)
Row 9 contain Title ( Ex : Size, Material, Adress,Age,Color,...)
Column H contain Name (Ex : A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H...)

Base on demand, I must extract their info as below example on sheet 2
