Hello everyone -

I've searched through some posts but I am a vba amateur and I can't seem to make things work for me.

I have a pivot table on a tab called "2017 Summary"
There is a single filter for this pivot - by state. There is a drop down with 19 state abbreviations.
The cell range is named "rate_state"

One another tab titled "Input" I have a state selection drop down, Cell C6 "state_selection". Several things key off this selection and data pulls for the state selected.
I would like to have the pivot table update based upon the selection in this drop down.

Can anyone assist me with this? The vba formulas I have found I can't seem to get to work for me.

Thank you!
