Multi-level Category Axis only displaying every other label?

I have a worksheet to track blood pressure. There's an embedded pivot chart for each month. The Category (X) axis has three levels: Date, Time and Arm (L/R), the Y axis has Systolic, Diastolic, Systolic Target, Diastolic Target, and Heart Rate. Everything was working fine until I added the 120th row of data, at which point the Time label started showing only every other value. Is there some kind of built-in limit that causes this behavior? I didn't change any axis settings, I just entered this morning's BP data and boom. I tried increasing the chart width but that wasn't the issue.

A screenshot that shows part of the chart where the Time labels are missing can be viewed Here (there should be times under "L" as well as "R"). Any advice?

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Try increasing the chart height as well. Can you post a link to the chart worksheet? Only one month will do.
