Scatter Plot question

I am creating a scatter plot in excel with over 180 points. With that many points I am not able to use data labels to show which point is for what item. Is there a way that I can change the y variable within the data point to point to the item of the y axis?

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
