Button Triggered Allow Edit Range with password with different password for each cells

Was planning on making a button that utilizes the allow edit range feature which once clicked it will.
1. Lock all cells with value.
2. Cell with value will each have different password. and the password will be the Queue ID (Example - row 2 will only be editable if keyed in password T13P001, the following will be diff).
3. lastly will most probably hide the Queue ID after the whole sequence.

Any help would be great! Thanks!!
