I have created a formula dealing with TIME
=IF(B7="","",TEXT(D7-B7,"h:mm")-C7)
The formula works fine but the cell shows an unexpected "green" check mark.
It not part of the returned value, it's just there.

Any ideas of how to get it gone?

Sorry .. I'm back in the office again.

As it turns out Mr. Fluff you were quite correct. It was conditional formatting.
I had pasted some stuff in from a previous worksheet for formatting and it came along with it. *sigh

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
You're welcome & thanks for the feedback
