is there a way to combine two cells info into one? if cell "A" has the word "happy" and cell "B" has "feet" cell "C" will say happy feet.

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.

quick question, some of my cells have time and dates in them but they are coming out as a long number is there a way to keep the time to be like "happy feet 1/24/2019 12:16pm" instead of "happy feet 41242.3215

Try

=A1&" "&B1&" "&TEXT(C1,"dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm am/pm")

Code:
[TABLE="width: 673"]
<colgroup><col width="87" span="2" style="width: 65pt;"><col width="151" style="width: 113pt;"><col width="87" span="4" style="width: 65pt;"></colgroup><tbody>[TR]
[TD="width: 87"]Happy[/TD]
[TD="width: 87"]Feet[/TD]
[TD="class: xl63, width: 151, align: right"]24/01/2019 12:16 pm[/TD]
[TD="width: 87"][/TD]
[TD="width: 261, colspan: 3"]Happy Feet 24/01/2019 12:16 pm[/TD]
[/TR]
</tbody>[/TABLE]
