Need help with conditional formatting. I have the following:

A1 = I'm using a List (Data Validation) with two values (Male; Female; or blank)

A2 = Same List (Data validation) used in A1, the only difference that here I want to use Conditional Formatting highlighting when the values between A1 and A2 are different, so for example, when A1 is "Male" and A2 is "Female", or viceversa, I want for A2 to Fill Red with White Font. Now, when A1 is blank and A2 is "Male" or "Female", how can I keep A2 unformatted? I pasted the format on column A2, but when A1 is blank A2 is turning red with white font; I want it to remain unformatted... please advise.

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
