Confused - SumIf a range, if theres a value to the cell to the right of it

Hey all!
Really stuck.

I want to take range, and add numbers together if there is a 5 digit number to the right of it.

So hypothetically, if I have 2 rows, and Column A,B and C,D And E,F, and G,H..
and column A, C, E, and G have numbers, and SOME of Column B, D, F, H have numbers..
I want to get a Full Sum of everything in A,C,E,G - IF there are ay 5 digit values t the right of each number (in BDFH)..

Tried Sum Ifs, tried If Sum, and im worse off than I was when I started
Best way to do this?
