Hi everyone

I've been trying t solve this, I'm trying to keep the value of filtered subtotal constant even if I changed the filter, what's the appropriate function? and kindly note that it's non numeric data.

Thanks

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN

By definition, filtered subtotals will change when you change the filter. You can possibly accomplish what you are asking via a switch cell and circular calculation, or my setting calculations to Manual.
